• By appointment: All patients are seen by appointment only. Please arrive a few minutes early to fill out any necessary forms and to help us stay on time. Please bring your insurance information and a list of any prescribed medications which you may be taking.

• Initial appointments:  These typically include thorough clinical and radiographic examinations, including checking teeth, bone support, soft tissue, jaw relationship, occlusions and oral cancer screenings. A complete medical and dental history is taken, along with blood pressure, which enables us to customize treatment according to your general health.  This information also forms a comparative basis for all diagnostic analyses.

• Unable to keep an appointment?  If you are unable to keep an appointment, please notify us 24 hours in advance so we may reschedule you and make the time available for another patient. Failure to do so may result in a charge for the time reserved.

• Payment is expected at time of services unless other arrangements have been made.

• All fees are explained prior to treatment.
